I learned a lot about M&A through my internship here, and I was able to set my own schedule. I was thrust in immediately and was unsure what I was doing at first, but the environment was forgiving and I was eventually able to learn. My coworkers were all very easy to work with, and Michelle was understanding of my particular situation. I enjoyed working here so much, that I was offered a full-time position and happily accepted.

As someone who was hired directly after college, I think I have a unique perspective on working at Seiler Tucker. The number one thing I have noticed is that I am empowered to make decisions. There is a culture of trust and accountability within this organization, which I really enjoy. The founder is constantly asking our opinion when making decisions and truly values our opinion. One of my favorite parts about working here is that no two days are the same. I am constantly challenged to take on new projects and step outside my comfort zone. This is something I really enjoy. I have learned many skills that I would not have previously learned or thought I could do, but have because management has put me in the position to excel in new opportunities. One of the extraordinary things about working here is the people. As a company, we value each other. We routinely meet outside of work for fun and engaging activities, strengthening our team.
