Pros

There are no pros of working in this company honestly

Cons

The company does not have workflow structure and does work very randomly. The HR department is so inefficient and useless making the employee's life hell. I would not recommend anyone to join this company as it would be huge waste of time and ruin their mental health.

Pros

WFH permanent, salary on time mostly.

Cons

typical call center, 150+ calls a day, do mock calls every day like a moron. They follow their own policies and not as per industry standards at all.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear that your experience at Infotelligent didn't live up to your expectations. I'm glad to hear you appreciated our WFH policy and timely salary. Regarding your concerns about our call volumes and daily routines - sales is a discipline and numbers game (involving both, quantitative and qualitative metrics). This is especially true for prospecting and pipeline generation. We're in the business of building the best outbound sales team in the world, and yes, that does involve a significant number of calls. However, we understand the importance of work-life balance and don't wish to have our team feeling overwhelmed. Our mock call practice is aimed at continuous improvement, to sharpen our sales skills, and to ensure we're delivering top-notch service to our clients. If it came off as repetitive or unhelpful, that’s feedback we need to hear. If this is something majority of our team feels, we’ll definitely look into how we could make our daily trainings more engaging. As for policies, we aim to operate in line with industry standards while also carving out our own path. This balance can sometimes be challenging, and your perspective will help us reassess and improve where needed. Your advice to management is crucial, and I can assure you that we do listen, and we're committed to acting on valid concerns. If you felt this wasn't the case, we apologize, and we’ll definitely use this feedback to improve our response to issues raised by our team. If you'd like to share more about your experience or if there's anything else you’d like us to know, feel free to reach out to me at jaggi@infotelligent.com. Thanks again for your time at Infotelligent, and all the best with your future endeavors. Take care, Raunak Jaggi Founder @ Infotelligent

Pros

I've been here for 3 months, wanted to wait for that time to get a full understanding before I wrote a review in order to pass on a geniune outlook. -Fully remote working. -Energetic and young crowd, maintaining an open and free culture. No politics or bad vibes. Manager is very friendly. -Good product in a very competitive market, deserves more recognition. G2 reviews from happy customers suggests the same as well. -Great incentive structure with no limits. Also, monetary spliffs on random days at least twice a week to make extra on each meeting, on top of the existing incentives. Really good way to motivate employees doing the tough job of cold calling. -Coming up with more products in the market. Opportunity to grow. -Fringe benefits, we just got gifted a smartwatch on Christmas with a two day retreat at a 5-Star Hotel with the BDR team. The next retreat is soon. -Indian and American holidays. -They value your leaves or half-days if something comes up that you can't avoid and have to take a break, they do understand and are not overly stern about it. Gives you the freedom and flexibility to deal with personal matters. -No micro-management. -Defined career goals, clearly mentioned in numbers what your performance has to be in order to move up the ladder and take the next step as an AE or team lead. -Fully transparent. You can approach the CEO directly if you have a concern about something. There is full scope for feedback. -Happy hour on every Friday EOD. -Growing team. -Using all relevant tools for prospecting and dialing. -Account Executives are great to work with, really reflect the culture they are nurtured in.

Cons

None to be honest, they're on the right track.
