Working for this company was the worst professional experience I've ever had. The Executive Leadership does not recognize the needs of it's employees and has an unrealistic view of where the company stands in the industry. The organization is massively understaffed and underfunded resulting in a toxic and very stressful employment experience. I witnessed more pay decreases than promotions at a company where the pay is well below marked value to begin with. The product and service is sub standard so it is very difficult to produce high quality results in your job. The CEO was very upset that people were charging their cars at the HQ building so he added a pricing plan for all non-employees charging there. How do you promote an industry with such a short sighted view of the world. Much of the technical work is farmed out to India which doesn't have a clue about the US EV charging market. The company has very little awareness of their current paying customers so some clients have been paying the services fees and not even aware their chargers are not functional. It has taken many months to readjust to having a normal employer and don't recommend pursuing employment with this company.

Resolving customer service issues is sometimes challenging. Product inventory is not always 100%, making closing sales more difficult. Health plan company is poor. Collateral support is great in some areas and poor inothers
