There are a lot of great reasons to start a career with tastebuds but the thing that stood out most for me would have to be the culture of the restaurant and company. There is a strong sense of purpose and a warm, welcoming atmosphere with true open-door policies that always pulled through when you needed it the most.
Cons
The only downside i found with my job as a server here was the underwhelming pay i received. While it is never set-in-stone how much you will make as a server, there were just some days that the restaurant's clientele were not tipping customarily.
