- Sudden Change of company directions to make it sustainable - some core engineers/product team are very stressed with the work .

Pros

Firstly, the CEO is a wonderful leader. John exhibits high IQ and EQ, thoughtful organization and transparency, and sets a prime example in his actions. The product is best in the space, although the overall space is running into headroom. The company is doing a good job of expanding the product suite into a wider TAM, demonstrating keen foresight/strategy but with a nimble strategy.

Cons

The need to build a wider product portfolio will be a challenge from the current product architecture. Keep pushing. The engineering team seems massive but the throughput and pace of innovation seem much slower than for smaller organizations. But has gotten better recently. The company seems to be hamstrung by retaining an engineering center of gravity in Korea.
