      Embezzlement of funds. 2 months salaries not paid. Impromptu shut down of the company, employees not paid and have no formal documentation of company closure. Business acquisition without paying employees. Poor business forecasts leading to downfall. Poor executuve leadership leading to downfall.

      1. Poor executive leadership ...CEO & Co founders need to step aside 2. Fraud ..the company seems to be engaging in money laundering activities ..and duping investors ..doesnt make sense losing over $4M USD ..and opening up more verticals like Kiota & SendyGo..to cover up .. 3. High turnover rate ..almost everyone in the company is looking for his / her way out .. 4. Terrible HR processes .. alot of labour law court cases with ex employees ..Google "Sendy Ltd labour court Kenya law "
