      Pros

      Relatively young staff and is family-oriented. Flexible with requesting time off. CEO and front office are down to earth. Company allows contract staff to work on tasks outside of normal work. Rewarded (monetarily and publicly) for going above and beyond. On the spot bonuses are given for business development work. Keeps winning contracts.

      Cons

      Health benefits aren't that great. Expect $1000/mo +/- for family so ask for increased salary to cover any difference. Bonus structure is not well defined. Little formal training is offered for management where it is sink or swim. The spot bonuses arent really worth the time.

      Company expect you to do many extra thing other than your main job.

      the Corporate employees are really easy to talk to and are a fun group to be around.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company is not transparent as much has they should be.
