      You will have a job.

      Cons

      The screaming and swearing. The if you don't like it, there's the door attitude. Constant threat of being fired. Owner is belligerent and screams at employees in front of whole group. An overall hostile and stressful work environment. The positive reviews are either written by his wife, or their outside consultant who tries to help them run their business. They are the only employees who have been there that long.

      Pros

      The engineers and lower level staff were good people.

      Cons

      The owner and other executive staff were horrible to work with. The owner screams and and cusses at staff, slams his fist on things. He's an absolute monster. He constantly bad mouths customers and blames former staff for all his shortcomings. He borders on criminal with the lies that he feeds customers. I wouldn't wish working with or for him on my worst enemy.

      If you like being yelled at, work at this company. If you like being shamed in front of the whole company on a meeting every week, work at this company. This sums up the company and as well as how they handle their clients: Promises made, promises broken.
