Great place for an associate

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Flexible/make your own schedule, clinical supervision included, easy to get hours, low-moderate acuity clients, great scheduling and billing teams, strong EHR software, Pay per session is good for associate-level.

Cons

No benefits so time off is unpaid and no health insurance. Very few holidays. You only get paid for sessions, not time spent for documentation. If you work remote, you basically work in a silo (can be isolating). 32 clients a week is a lot to handle.

Poor Management Practices; Lack of Transparency

Anonymous employee
Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

Scheduling team is supportive and collaborative

Cons

Management lacks transparency and does not communicate issues effectively with employees. • Decisions to terminate employment seem sudden and without clear, documented reasoning. • There is no opportunity to address or correct perceived issues, which creates a hostile and unpredictable work environment.
