      Pathetic and high internal politics. Manky peers with stinky attitudes.

      Pros

      No system, you can ask for any amount you want.

      Cons

      No transperancy or whatsoever. They will call you out in one day how bad you had been. Communication wise is a big deal factor, they do not communicate with each other and assume you will do it. No proper training or whatsoever. The company claims that they are shoeless company, however there is a hierachy inside. And your voice will not be hesrd over there. They will come to you and blame you effectively.

      I've been at startups and corporates in my career and it's rare to find a company like Sertis, where it has a lot of talents - especially in technical domains, ambitious goals, and strong culture. Opportunity to make a difference in the region is what brings me here.
