      Cons

      Lack of consultation with senior staff on operations of company. ‘Influential’ leadership introduced has heavily influenced poor morale, enforcing an iron fist approach, removing working flexibility, showing zero respect for staff. Multiple high performing staff resignations directly linked to new AU management.

My team lead openly admitted limited time to review my work, yet used old or minor feedback as justification for negative evaluations - Decisions made are pre-determined rather than recent discussions or context - Communication with leadership was one-sided - they expected transparency but rarely practiced it in return - Corporate politics if they don't like you - focuses on fault finding over growth where good work was overshadowed by nitpicking
