      Pros

      Finally brought in a CEO that can take charge and lead the company in the right direction. Technical staff has some good engineers and you can learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      Heavy politics. Poor decision making. New CEO should help. Some inexperienced people hired to leadership roles only because they were friends with the previous CEO. Not a bad place for people who are too afraid to rock the boat.

      Flexible work schedule. Free coffee and sodas. E-vehicle plugin.

      Cons

      Plenty of managers but no true leaders. Closed minded thinking for a startup. Management lacks integrity.

      Pros

      I read some of the earlier reviews. It's hard to believe anyone would write anything so negative. SetPoint is a great place to work. It has been well led from the beginning and continues to be. The team has navigated many growing pangs along the way (to be expected in a high profile startup with such a novel therapy). The outlook for SetPoint is overwhelmingly positive, from the new CEO, how the leadership team works together, to the results of our early trails. It's unfortunate that we've had a disgruntled ex-employee or two along the way. I'm sorry they didn't get to experience the same SetPoint I am... It is a true pleasure working with the team at SetPoint.

      Cons

      It's a startup. Many moving parts, shifting priorities, but all in all a great place to work.
