      Pros

      Somehow they have been able to maintain a culture of service and family - even while growing year after year. Remarkable commitment of leadership - esp Sonny and by the broader team at large. Exceptional tech caps supporting some of the most sought after clients.

      Cons

      Most of the cons are related to the industry - delayed starts, changing customer requirements, etc. There are risks of maintaining this critical culture - esp since acquisition by Octo. Octo will struggle achieve the level of the Sevatec brand.
