Career path is opposite of transparent. It seems like its a bit hard to get an action path of how people can grow.
Ask for more responsabilites when there are nothing and sometimes it tend to be ridiculous
Focus on marketing culture on social media and forgetting about how people feel inside the company
Salary could be sensitive since with shape it brings a lot of flexibility. But i do think the salary could be negotiated better or explained. Just feels like a negotiation meeting that your team lead comes to give you an offer that he also accepted so it feels less human and more like scripted.
