      Flexible schedule, if you can make it past the first week (and many don't)

      Cons

      -Lack of training but simultaneous micromanagement -Revolving door with little support or acknowledgement of efforts -Treating employees as though they are expendable -Lack of trust, care, transparency, and more -Unprofessionalism and bad-mouthing workers

      Good first job/side income, not for everybody

      Decent money and very choosable hours. Good side gig for students, first job, or extra income. Easy with zero equipment. Car optional.

      Cons

      If you can't handle rejection, stand outdoors in hot/cold weather, talk to people, or get bored of repetitive tasks this is NOT the job for you. This is not an office job nor at one location.
