Students were very polite and well behaved. Good facilities. Above award rates for the industry.
Cons
A culuture of fear, staff were constantly threatened with losing their jobs. Work place bullying was rampant, verbal abuse from some middle management. This was overlooked and ignored. The focus was on money and not education like they claim. Corrupt upper and middle management that were focussed on their own agenda. Back-stabbing politics. Lack of respect. Lack of support for work place disputes. Many violations of employee work place rights. Long hours with no over time, this was also expected of casual staff and anyone who didn't work over time for free was fired. The list goes on. If you want to be de-motivated, dis-empowered, and disillusioned this is the place for you!
