Pros

You will get some great promises during interview and induction, like getting onsite to Norway. Couldn't find anything other than that!

Let me be clear about my experience in this company from interview till the last day! I got a call from the HR immediately after applying for the job in Technopark job portal and had a quick discussion regarding my details. I had informed then itself that I have 3 months notice period. They said that's OK and conducted two rounds of the interview. After the interview process, they said I cleared all the rounds, but notice period is a concern. After that no communication for two weeks. They called again after two weeks and told that they are OK to provide me the offer. I joined this company after 3 months of my notice period in my previous company and for a first couple of weeks, everything went well for me. I had done some POC for implementing automation in their applications. Since they are working on Oil and Gas domain, which was pretty alien for me, they haven't even provide a formal KT. Immediately they put me into a project and assigned me some tasks and also told to lead the QA team. Somehow I figured out the things by connecting with other employees by getting some information in bits and pieces. Also they asked to come during weekends for conducting seminars, but they didn't provide a comp-off or extra money to compensate that. This show went till the time when COVID lockdown had happened. After that everyone started working from home and after a week of lockdown, the CEO announced that they are laying off some employees due to recession. And that list had my name as well. They cited crude oil price went down and clients are undergoing cost cutting. Shamelessly they said I will be relieved after one month. That was a shock for me since I was the single source of income for my wife and 1-year-old baby. I told my manager that I can't work for the final month since I have to search for a new job and therefore, asked for my last month salary as the relieving compensation. They just provided me the basic salary before relieving. Later I came to know from some of my connections in the company that they just used COVID recession as an opportunity to lay off some employees and it was pre-planned organized act by some of the crooked members in the team who were more close to CEO.

Nothing is good VERY WORST MANAGEMENT THEY MAKE FUN ON PEOPLE THEY ARE FOOLING CANDIDATES

Interview process took 1 week. 1st got a call from company CEO, then one person called me. They arranged an interview 3 days after the telephonic conversation. I have attended the interview and face to face discussion by the CEO.After few days, They called me and told me that I'm selected. They sent me the offer letter. I joined the company as per the informed date.They told me that 1st 3 months is probation period and assessing performance for the 3 months and will get permanent position with salary hike. But From the very first day, they started to insulting me. They didn't introduce me to the team. My first task was to recruit a candidate for HR Manager position(For Male candidate) .I asked them "Why"? They didn't reply me. After 1 week ,I worked on the recruitment process and they hired a male candidate.The day when the male candidate interviewed ,the same day they told me to resign and told me that " your performanace is not good". I was surprised and disappointed. The management is making fun on people. They are fooling the candidates. The HR person told me that 2 candidates resigned the same position before they hired me. They simply told me that your performance is not good without any formal performance appraisal system. I don't why they hired an experienced person like me for this dirty game. "DON'T DO THIS TO ANYONE" After offering the offer letter, nobody will do like this" . Please hire an employee only after they meet your requirement. After the interview, you have an option to eliminate the candidate. Then why you hire someone & fire them within 5 days. "PLEASE BE KIND" EMPLOYEES NEVER LEAVE THE COMPANY. THE BAD MANAGEMENT IS THE REASON."THE COMPANY HAVE NO WORK ETHICS" THEY ARE FOOLING THE CANDIDATES BY RECRUITING THEM FOR 1WEEK OR 1 MONTH" DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY. VERY WORST MANAGEMENT THEY MAKE FUN ON PEOPLE THEY ARE FOOLING CANDIDATES

Great mission, good people, good benefits, nice offices, unlimited PTO, option to work from home. Salary, best in industry.
