Shelton Design/Build is an individual-focused, no-walls environment. The company encourages employees to be open and honest which fosters an environment that is a flexible, open-concept office. It supports a culture of collaboration and feedback which promotes personal growth and opportunities within the company. As an employee you feel valued because you are treated as such.
Cons
There are not many things that I would consider to be a con of working at Shelton Design/Build. It is a company that is celebrating 5 years of operation, and it has it's own niche in Pittsburgh. Over the years the company has continued to iron out the standards in the office, which is a sign of growth and improvement. Every complication is met with a solution, and for that reason I do not have any cons.
