1st, id like to point out that ANY positive remarks on this site were put there by friends or family members. They aren't genuine. The boss starts off as friendly and kind but he's very manipulative and condensing. The state of the business is a mess, in some cases almost 3 years behind. 21 companies with over 50 bank and credit card accounts to reconcile. He expects you to know everything in a matter of days and if you don't, you're stupid and incompetent. The building management place bets on how long new employees will last. I made it 1.5 months and I was literally "screamed" out of the door. Throughout the building. For a solid 15 minutes. The owner is unhinged and believes he is better than anyone. You have no value as a human being let alone an employee.
