Also, when employees leave, there is a culture of being secretive about what new company they are joining. It's weird that everyone is so afraid to announce where they are going.
- Absolute chaos - Every day is a fire drill. The founder is the biggest culprit. He pulls engineers from what they were working on to work on pet projects.
- No process, so the loudest voice gets what they want
- Culture - They did a survey about employee satisfaction and it wasn't pretty
- It doesn't seem like the company really cares about employees.
