Work–life balance is genuinely good here. We rarely need to stay late unless it’s busy period. The manager and boss gives freedom to test ideas and is approachable when we need guidance. You learn across different brands which keeps work interesting, and the office culture is friendly.
Cons
Because the company moves fast, some deadlines come quickly or change.
