They privilege senior hires who get paid in usd vs local currency, and often meet amongst themselves but not with more junior staff.
Very little support for growth beyond a paltry “learning and development budget” that lets you buy some books.
No proper HR, problems go unaddressed and whatever senior people want to do to you they can get.
