Pros
The staff (both your team and the central office) are incredibly supportive, and you really form a bond. You learn a ton of skills that you wouldn’t learn in other jobs, and become great at problem solving.
Cons
The job is all-encompassing, and so for the ten weeks that you’re working during the summer you don’t have time to really travel or go out much (but it’s so worth it for the right type of person)
