      Pros

      * Some of the people are really great people, and fun to work with. * Some of the work/projects are interesting.

      Cons

      * It is an extremely high stress environment. * Very high turnover among software devs in both devops and ML/science/AI. In an interview be sure to ask how many devs there are and how long they've each worked there. The timelines will not be long. Ask the interviewer if they're planning to remain there long.

      - High stress - A lot of politics - Unfair expectations without adequete training
