Pros

Pros - No Pros, Believe Me!!

Cons

PM is very satisfied with his job as he does nothing just chit chat with top management and eat peanuts all time. If you try working hard you will get fired as there are politics going on by PM as usual. If PM will be in the fault then he will blame employee and will leave from it and that employee will get fired. HR yes HR is the worst girl I have ever seen in my life as she thinks she is the owner of the company as believe me, she is the only one speaking bad things for top management. She doesnt have any IDEA how to speak with employees - Disrespectful and yes she doesnt get any respect from anyone - Fair enough. Simply they doesnt care... Do not waste your time working in this company...

Pros

No Pros at all, please do not waste your time here

Cons

My experience at Sigma Solve has been quite disappointing. Leadership, particularly from the QA Lead (Mrs. Shah), is severely lacking. Communication is poor, and her inability to handle pressure or lead a team effectively creates a frustrating work environment. Instead of guiding or supporting, the approach is often immature, with unnecessary attitude towards team members. The company culture itself feels extremely restrictive. There are two separate time-tracking tools just to monitor working hours—this level of micromanagement feels more like a school or factory than a professional tech company. Additionally, there are no laptops provided by default. If you require a laptop, you must submit a ₹25000 cheque as a security deposit, which is only returned once the laptop is handed back. This policy feels outdated and unreasonable in a modern work environment. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone serious about their career, especially those in QA roles looking for growth, leadership, and a healthy work culture.
