Fantastic company culture focused on truly helping clients while maintaining the goal of being a lifestyle business. Flexible work hours. Flat organization structure. Small company of 3 full-time employees makes collaboration/sharing ideas easy. Lots of responsibility and opportunity to own your work - somewhat of an entrepreneurial feel in that sense. Early stage company oriented toward growth.
Cons
Hard to access without a car. Not for those who like the structure/rigidity of corporate culture - Requires self-motivation, vision, and organization to take meaningful action and achieve results.
