Pros

Worked with highly talented, supportive, and collaborative colleagues Strong team bonding at the peer level

Cons

Over time, the company culture began to decline. Many good employees either left on their own or were let go without prior warning. There appears to be a hire-and-fire pattern, often justified under “restructuring.” Recently, even newly hired employees were terminated within a year for similar reasons. There is also significant pressure around public reviews. Employees are encouraged to post positive reviews on platforms like Glassdoor, which raises concerns about transparency. Compensation growth has been minimal, typically ranging between 1–4%, and management often uses the same justification across teams, claiming individuals are the only ones receiving raises. This creates a lack of trust and transparency. Work-life balance is another major concern. Long working hours (often 12 hours a day) and weekend work have become common expectations. Micromanagement at the top level further affects morale and productivity. The company has undergone significant downsizing and currently operates with a very small team, including no dedicated sales team. Leadership has communicated plans to rely heavily on AI for development, reducing the need for developers. Frequent layoffs, lack of clear direction, and declining culture raise concerns about long-term stability and growth. There are also ongoing discussions about a potential sale of the company.

Pros

Signeasy has got a great bunch of people to work with, who are empathetic and help you grow in both professional and personal life. And what truly i adore here is the flat hierarchy structure that let's you bounce thoughts with anyone in the company giving a very collaborative work experience. The company promotes work-life equity and has a hybrid work culture.

Cons

No big downsides as such, the management is very receptive in addressing any challenges that arise and take the necessary action to resolve it. If there is something that could improve it would be more diversity in the workforce.

Pros

There's always new things to work on, the management is flat and gives you full ownership to execute your ideas. Its fastpaced and your coworkers show you the ropes and help you grow alongside them. The team is flexible and will rely on you to bring your expertise to the table and is unafraid of trying new things. The worklife balance is respected, and there is so much of a "togetherness" spirit and constant learning across departments and teams.

Pros

Permanent Remote [Best perk of all] Technology is constantly being upgraded and the tech stack is quite good. Supportive team and hear what you have to say. They appreciate brutal honesty. Best in class Work-Life Balance for at least the devs. The DevOps teams sometimes have to stretch due to the new things constantly being pushed. Decent salary as per the current market, nothing out of the world. A good amount of transparency from the top management.

Cons

Legacy codebase becomes difficult to understand and has caused a good amount of tech debt. The speed of adoption is on the slower side, the QA team takes some time before your code goes to production. The company is more product-driven than tech-driven, preference is always given to new features rather than updating the old things. They are catching up with the competitors in terms of features like DocuSign, PandaDoc, etc. The knowledge base of teammates is average at times. Sometimes the drive to improve is missing.

Not a great place to work

Pros

1. Friendly colleagues 2. Many activities and benefits

Cons

No work life balance(They just expect people to work 24X7). They dont care about our personal life everytime we have to be available. Also the response you can get if you say the above to management team means they will say i am working 16 hours a day(which is cleary not our fault)

It's toxic at best

Pros

If you count getting experience to handle the worst management for your future, feel free to include that. But other than that, NONE.

Cons

Literally EVERYTHING. The management is extremely selfish. They fire people based on personal grudges. The company barely has a vision for the next 2 years. They do not understand the concept of a work-life balance and do not even make an effort to be empathetic. In times of crisis, you might want to turn to the HR, but even the entire HR function is too loyal to the business and will turn a blind eye to you. I suggest do not waste your time trying to set things right. And if you want a great career for yourself, never let SignEasy even become a pit-stop.

Only join if its the absolute last option for your survival

Pros

they give you macbook and the work is hybrid. If you have nothing in hand, you can join this company and keep looking for options, you will have 2-3 months of extra time and salary. Don't expect much longer time than that, it used to happen earlier and now they are crazy because of no money

Cons

The CEO is utterly delusional, with top management hell-bent on wrecking the company while constantly kissing up to the CEO. They hire and fire very quickly and sabotage your future with bad background check reviews. The platform is worthless, and the product team brags as if they've created something extraordinary. They ask you to work on saturdays. If you deny, you are out. There's a ton of inter-department interference, with clueless people trying to act smart and giving pathetic suggestions. You are forced to follow these third-rate directives no matter what. The company is almost bankrupt but pretends to be billionaires. Join if you want to spoil your career. They have come to less than 40 employees with 0 sales team, all fired

Over the past couple of years, I’ve seen the company undergo some major changes. Initially, the leadership was very focused on hitting aggressive revenue targets, mainly by upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. While that strategy brought in quick results, it also had its downsides like higher customer churn and less focus on delivering long-term value. What really stands out to me is how the leadership took the feedback from the team seriously. By 2024, they made a conscious decision to shift gears and restructure the leadership to focus more on customer-centricity. This change has made a huge difference. Instead of just chasing numbers, the focus is now on building stronger customer relationships, improving retention, and driving organic expansions. The results have been incredible. We’ve seen churn rates drop significantly, and customers are getting more value with the new strategy. The new approach is more sustainable and aligned with long-term success, which makes being part of this team really rewarding. Why join Signeasy? Resource allocation is the only challenge I’ve noticed, as the company focuses on being lean and efficient, which can sometimes leave teams feeling stretched. However, management is aware of this and is already addressing it through a hiring spree.
