      Pros

      I have 0 problem with manager. Give and take ownership and freedom kinf of work environment. Amazing benefits. Almost all expense is covered for insurance, I fell sick during Covid, so most of my expenses is covered by comp. I till now not used the company learning policy, but it’s good to know i can use anytime Office is in prime location Main motivation is my manager and good Salary Deliver what is promise: this is policy of the company Work life balance need some improvement but good learning

      Cons

      Sometimes some extra work, but the work is so flexible.. don’t know about other teams, but my manager is understanding and always support if u need anything.

      Just finished a year

      Pros

      Very friendly coworkers. Offer good work life balance. Management is understanding of each function and the efforts of employees. They have consistently pushed out many new features in just 1 year based on customer requests which shows that they are good customer centric.

      Cons

      Not much that I can think of but they could do a better job stocking the pantry for employees :)

      Great Company with Best Work Life Balance

      Pros

      Permanent Remote [Best perk of all] Technology is constantly being upgraded and the tech stack is quite good. Supportive team and hear what you have to say. They appreciate brutal honesty. Best in class Work-Life Balance for at least the devs. The DevOps teams sometimes have to stretch due to the new things constantly being pushed. Decent salary as per the current market, nothing out of the world. A good amount of transparency from the top management.

      Cons

      Legacy codebase becomes difficult to understand and has caused a good amount of tech debt. The speed of adoption is on the slower side, the QA team takes some time before your code goes to production. The company is more product-driven than tech-driven, preference is always given to new features rather than updating the old things. They are catching up with the competitors in terms of features like DocuSign, PandaDoc, etc. The knowledge base of teammates is average at times. Sometimes the drive to improve is missing.

      Not a great place to work

      1. Friendly colleagues 2. Many activities and benefits

      Cons

      No work life balance(They just expect people to work 24X7). They dont care about our personal life everytime we have to be available. Also the response you can get if you say the above to management team means they will say i am working 16 hours a day(which is cleary not our fault)

      Great people, Good growth and Excellent culture

      Pros

      - Opportunities to grow in your role, growth here is taken seriously and encouraged. - Opinions are valued. Eg an engineer or CX can suggest or disuss product features and vice versa and its encouraged - Culture is really good, everyone is easily approachable and helpful. - The new office has a great Vibe! the location and office setup is nice. - Work life balance is really good, no one bother when someone starts or ends their day as long as work is done.

      Cons

      - Not completely remote, 2 days of work from office - Not many fancy perks unlike other startups (cabs, food, gym memberships , swags , work anniversary gifts etc) , they are planning to start few though
