Pros
Production teams are on the whole staffed with lovely people, hard working, caring and passionate about what they do. High end values - produce award winning content.
Cons
Senior editorial management - women or diversity not represented. Very little training and genuine development offered - at any level. No impartial HR department. No impartial support systems in place to help employees who are struggling with mental health (work related problems). Development of ideas predominately come from the top, down. People are asked to help work things up, but no genuine efforts to push new ideas/concepts/formate types through. Doesn't feel like a very innovative company.
