Talking with the old people on the phone. Working from home.

You will be lied to and tricked before you start here so it seems like it will be amazing over time u start to notice that they can’t keep staff due to not keeping their word! Lazy team leaders there is only one team leader that is actually worthy of being a leader the other two are useless but they get away with it and all being friends with management. Harassment with KPIs. negative feed back every day so u feel like u cannot get ahead. Half of the company on office days are sitting there doing nothing, scrolling on the internet or gossiping with each other. Micro management to its finest.

Was once a wonderful organisation to work for. Salary sacrifice is a pro.

Do not work for Silver Chain.. nurses are treated very poorly overloaded with clients. Do not pay overtime, are told to take time back. Management and HR have no integrity. Organisation has a history with FWO and currently nurses are again fighting for monies owed. There is a good reason Silver Chain only rate 2.9 out of 5. THEY PROMISE EVERYTHING AND GIVE NOTHING. Managers are unethical and unprofessional.Saff are leaving in droves.
