The company is only interested in getting rid of stock. Little to no tech support is available and when a customer calls with a problem you are usually diverted over to the answering system and that fills up pretty quickly because the owner never returns calls from customers who have REAL problems from machines they bought from him. He's a perfect con-man salesperson, only looking to make the next deal and rid himself of stock. Typical Alpha Male type who thinks he knows better than anyone and is only too willing to brag about it too. Especially his supposed prowess with the ladies.
