Pros

Work from home, good people, cbd location.

Cons

All talk and no execution. I've witnessed management lie to customers about product capabilities. Don't waste your time here as bro culture and toxic work environment.

Pros

- The company attracts and hires driven and skilled people - Flexible work arrangements - No hierarchy between junior/middle management. Senior management is untouchable and inscrutable.

Cons

- Senior management has no long term direction beyond 1 month and is constantly focused on fighting fires - Employees are given no real autonomy to make decisions. Any decisions are second guessed and vetoed by senior management. Prepare to be extremely frustrated or at times bored. - Organisation is not data driven. Simple did not use its own product nor listen to customer or internal feedback. For example, no data to support productivity gains from using the product was available for staff or customers.

Huge mess! Avoid!

Pros

Salary was competitive and I met some great people (complete waste of talent though).

Cons

Terrible leadership & direction - The CEO talks a huge game, but delivers very little. They keep firing members of the ELT hoping that the next person is the silver bullet that the company needs. There was never any commission plan in place for the sales or customer success team. Avoid this at all costs if you're looking for a sales role. There is no money to be made. Equity was promised during the interview phase and was outlined in the employment contract, but this was a complete lie. Terrible software (all three versions of it): V1 is the only one that kind of works (but is full of bugs and is very weak compared to the competition), V2 was complete vapourware and was scrapped by the business, and V3 aka 'Marvel' (the Microsoft based platform advertised on the website) is complete smoke and mirrors. The ELT also decided it was best to outsource the development of 'Marvel' to a third party Microsoft partner because they laid off the entire development team in Brisbane. Awful culture - all built on lies and deceit, and many promises were unkept. They're lying to their prospects, customers, employees and investors. They have burnt through tens of millions of dollars of investor's money and have very little to show for it. They rely on investor money to survive because there's very little revenue coming in.

Our marketing resource management software continues to deliver benefits to our customers that range from brand governance improvements to productivity gains. Our global product development team -- which is a hybrid of in-house and outsourced resources -- is building on this in partnership with Microsoft. The market opportunity is enormous and we have made great strides in the past year towards capitalising on this. Our staff are well-remunerated and we are working hard to build a great culture based on commitment, teamwork and transparency.
