Hi - thank you for taking the time to review your experience of working with our firm. We're pleased to hear that you thought you had a great team and that your manager was helpful to you during your employment. They are really positive traits of the firm. However, we're disappointed to hear that you have concerns about the wider management team and the firm's stability. We're able to be successful because of the fantastic work that all our colleagues bring to their roles each day, as we're sure you did during your 20+ years. The recent acquisition that we've made and have in the pipeline hopefully go some way to showing that we have the capabilities to continue to be successful. Unfortunately it is necessary as part of every firm's evolvement to right-size the workforce from time to time and occasionally redundancies are made, which are never nice or wanted by anyone. However, we're not sure that it's possible to keep them a secret, but we do want to make them as pain-free and considerate as we can for those involved.
