Pros
- Very nice people to work with. - Continuous improvement mentality in all things. - Business is doing good. - Lot of growth potential, product team is overflowing with ideas. - Great work-life balance, never felt the need to take work home.
Cons
- Compensation package leaves a lot to be desired. - No technical managers for senior engineers, making standards for senior higher than most startups and getting a raise is difficult. - Very complicated and complex monolith of an application that's very hard to work with.
