      Pros

      Good flexible working environment, useful training structure.

      Cons

      They are not really doing what they think they are doing. Not really breaking the links between homelessness and housing and perhaps enabling with some archaic structures.

      Understaffed, messy, dangerous

      The client group, interesting people from all walks of life

      Cons

      Always short staffed to a dangerous point. Bullying, frustrated micromanager who drove all of the good workers out and we were stuck with more agency workers. Pay was too low for London, often workers lived in worse conditions than the people we were trying to help.

      You learn a lot since you're left alone and unsupported to deal with all types of crisis

      Cons

      Irrelevant training, complete lack of support towards employees, discrimination, clientelism, lack of organisation and consistency, huge burnout percentage
