Awesome technology. Ability to recruit some top talent. Awesome rebrand thanks to the new marketing hire.
Cons
The CRO who the assumed leader of the US office is completely unfit for the c-suite. There’s no clear understanding of goals, strategy, or how to succeed. The CRO Scott Lee is incompetent and has no idea how to lead a team, fired more than half his team and while laying out completely unreasonable goals with no path to success. Refused to pay commissions and contracted bonuses.
