      Flexible timings Transparency Open to suggestions/feedback Learning Opportunities Flexible Work from home policy Monthly Team building activities Quarterly/Monthly company updates meeting Apart from the above, the colleagues are welcoming in nature , they were interactive with the new joiners as well.
