      Pros

      Interns if you want to 6 months to 1 years work ex in your resume then go and join. Experienced folks stay away.. i repeat stay away.

      Cons

      Everything from management to salary to work place. CEO really don't know how to grow business or work. All the time he will talk about himself. He wants to achieve everything by just hiring interns.

      No pros, only internns can learn

      Cons

      Very less salary. Salary come after 15-16 every month. Owner not know how to run company. Cant recognize good employees. owner knows only to talk talk talk and nothing else. last 5 years company running, but owner says its a startup. No rules. different rules for different employees. only rule cut salary if late.

      Siddharth sucks and there is no management only. He expects from you like hell. From Newspaper distribution to pickup he wants you to do everything.
