      Bullying environment

      Pros

      At a working level, really nice people to work with. The product is very noble and interesting.

      Cons

      Sadly, management is horrible. It is a bullying environment where you cannot agree to disagree...they do not foster new ideas or change...you have to do whatever senior management does or you get belittled, humiliated, bullied.

      Pros

      Fair pay. Good work-mates. Easy commute.

      Cons

      Very bad management. The building is on PCB contaminated soil and is covered with asbestos siding. I was not told until I had signed on. Very dangerous place to work. Spray painting in non-ventilated areas. They routinely ignore all and every health and safety rules and regulations.
