Level 1 employees are talked down to by upper management in derogatory fashion. No understanding of labor laws such as consistently being asked to be available during breaks. Personal information is not kept private. Male employees stalk the female employees and look up every woman they talk to to see how attractive they are. The women they find attractive will get more attention while the other will be ignored and made fun of behind their backs. High turnover rate due to toxic environment.

Outdated technology and a rigid Microsoft stack that they barely know how to configure, offshored help for critical roles, and they will literally take any dumpster fire of a client as long as they're willing to pay.
