Cons
Extremely toxic work environment with a culture of fear and public humiliation. Management tends to shout at employees over minor mistakes, often in front of others, which is unprofessional and degrading. Lack of emotional intelligence and basic respect from leadership. No proper support or guidance provided to help employees grow—only blame and criticism.
