Pros
Can get hired with little to no experience. Fun place to work as it is a party hostel.
Cons
Executive team unorganized, inconsistent and set unreasonable expectations. They did not respect other peoples time or ones personal life. Consistent lies to staff to get them to stay longer or to pay them less. Just be a volunteer or bartender so you only deal with your manager and not the executive team.
