Pros
Nothing special here to be honest. Small bonus from the second meter adds up. 23 days holiday plus your birthday off.
Cons
Management here are lazy, they expect you to jump the second they want something from you but you have to pester them to get them to do anything you need. Wages are never correct, every month I have bonus or overtime missing and have to chase it up time and again with managers who aren't interested in helping. Good workers are treated the same as bad ones. A one size fits all approach to employees. No pay rises for the past few years. Once you join they have you for a year, leave sooner than that and you will have tool and uniform costs deducted from your final salary payment.
