Barely minimum salary for tons of workload. Most of the time the CEO does not know what he is even doing. no career advancement.

1. The management exploit the worker. 2. Gave very low salary and no carrer development 3. Really high turnover every month will always someone to tender resignation 4. Do not trust the employee and micro manage 5. Treat employees badly 6. Asked employee to stay back without any payment or OT 7. No bonus and small benefits
