Everyone I've met whilst being here has been amazing. And that's a good thing, given the industry we serve is a bit dry. You're treated like an adult; they allow flexibility and trust you to get the work done, and you're given relative autonomy to perform your role. They operate remote first with regular get togethers with your team. They do an annual summer party, as well as a Christmas do in London (but I've yet to attend as overnight accommodation is not included) The leadership team really honour transparency, so that you know what all the big thinking is, and have the big picture.

This company has only gotten stronger in the past couple years. The culture is the best it has ever been and we continue to be recognized as the strongest competitors in every market we're in. Plus, we continue adding new products and capabilities that set us apart and give us more ways to support new and old customers. The management team is positive, focused, accessible and inspiring and that has an effect on every team around this business.
