      Pros

      Management sees the possibility of both growth and potential in employees. Most tech companies out there would never take a chance on someone who does not have much experience in the industry. The feeling of always having support opposed to fear of management is truly priceless. The fast paced environment keeps me on my toes and I very rarely feel redundant in my work!

      Cons

      Just basic product/feature issues that are expected in a company's first year available to the public. There really is no way to avoid them, but management as well as the rest of the team are always supportive and helpful!

      Pros

      Remote working, flexible. Great if you are technical and know how to train yourself.

      Cons

      Disorganized, lack of communication. Worst employee training program I've ever seen. Really unqualified people in management led to extreme chaos and uncertainty. Lots of random layoffs. There is NO HR!
