      Pros

      Fast paced environment where I'm constantly learning and challenged. Management allows flexibility with staff. I had family issues and management allowed a flexible schedule and supported me during a rough patch in my life. My colleagues were also great and supportive. A very nice working environment that is relaxed. -Friendly colleagues -Flexible management -Great pantry -Fast paced -Good learning environment

      Niche & interesting industry- advertising technology, you’ll get to learn a lot Values capable workers- no need to worry about career progression & increment if you’re good Staff welfare- well stocked pantry, birthday vouchers, games, adhoc (marathons, movies etc) end of year event Central location Friendly environment- nice colleagues, pretty flat hierarchy
