-one significant concern I had during my time there was the issue of underpayment. It was disheartening to witness that every person who contributed to the hands-on work was severely underpaid. Additionally, bonuses were promised based on performance and completion of QPPs, but unfortunately, these promises were rarely fulfilled, leaving employees feeling undervalued and disheartened. -Another challenge was certain communication and leadership issues within the management team. This occasionally made it difficult to work efficiently -Furthermore, I found the "work culture" at SmartMedia Tech to be somewhat forced. The company attempted to foster a specific culture by adding activities that took up valuable time, but they didn't resonate with most employees. It would have been more beneficial to focus on creating a genuine and inclusive culture based on the values and needs of the team. -Moreover, there was a significant expectation to work long hours and overtime, which could lead to burnout and a poor work-life balance for some employees.
