Pros

Company works in a nice industry. Some team members are nice

Cons

- They accuse you of things without any real knowledge. - I heard them call some team members "liars" and "lazy" with no real basis. - To say that the Snr. Management team is incompetent is an understatement. - If you don't agree, you're immediately sidelined. - They've gone through multiple rounds of lay-offs and sackings and they act like it normal and even laugh about it. - This is a company whereby you're clearly making money for the "founders" and they won't stop at anything until they achieve *their* goals, with absolutely no regard for the employees. Example: You'll be using YOUR OWN laptop and equipment and they give you a measly stipend to compensate. What a joke. This is a company who've receive MILLIONS in funding! - Wages are LOW. And if you try and request a pay rise they'll either laugh at you, or feel offended that you dare even approach it. - The company has no real direction or purpose. It's a shell set up to generate more and more VC funding and tracks to ridiculous metrics just to flaunt to investors. - If you step out of line, be warned. You're in for a rough ride.

Pros

Passionate team of people who work more from a growth mindset point of view. From the team you get trust, transparency and a playground to develop your strength and excel. You learn to love the proces instead instead of holding on to your own perfection. A company that loves, honor and really celebrates their values. The company values are not posters on the wall, but are really incorporated in the company in every different department.

Cons

- Working remote has a lot of plus points, but when you want to see each other "real live" you will grab a drink after work. Which is actually also fun to do. ;) - High paced environment which demands you to learn to love the different activities and develop new skills in a short period of time. You have to have a let's go mentality and work outside your comfort zone.

Pros

Great international company with driven, supportive and approachable team mates that will inspire you to become the best version of yourself. Everyone embraces a growth mindset, which means there is a lot of room for personal development and opportunity to initiate new projects. Being able to work from anywhere and having flexible working hours is a real plus for me, as I have family who live all over the world.

Cons

When working in an international team with colleagues in different time zones you'll have to make sure to set your own boundaries and to switch-off notifications. This isn't really a con, but it's just something to be mindful of :)
