      Free ice cream Easy job to learn Usually possible to trade a shift with someone if you need the day off

      Cons

      Became far more demanding and micromanaged over time New rules being implemented and enforced faster than employees are informed of them Repetitive tasks (but that goes for most jobs in this industry)

      Substantial gowth, positivity, fantastic management team-- very skilled and awesome to work with, the overall feel of being a part of the company is amazing.

      Cons

      All in all, there aren't many cons working at Smitten. If anything, I would say that during the busier seasons, the crowd can be slightly overwhelming. But easily managed. Nothing too crazy :)
